Payson High School
Internship Program
MHA Foundation Sponsorship of the KRIM Internship Program
The Payson High School Internship Program is directed by DECA Teacher Ginger Liddell. This program provides the ability for students to intern at different Payson businesses based on job and career interests.
KRIM radio station provides opportunities for students to get real world experience in various applications. They have the ability to learn about radio station operations, on air programming, coverage of live events, and more. Students also are provided the ability to learn and participate in KRIM marketing strategies and programs.
These opportunities are created by KRIM's extensive involvement in the community. An example of this is coverage of Payson High School and Rim Country Middle School (RCMS) sporting events. There's also support provided by KRIM to multiple Payson High School Career & Technical Education (CTE) classes - Future Farmers of America (FFA), Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA), and DECA.
We want to thank Ginger Liddell for her dedication to this program and her students. We also wish to thank MHA Foundation for their sponsorship of this program and their investment in the young people of Payson.
